We are a fully equipped Stott Pilates method studio with Reformers, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. Private lessons may use all of the above, while semiprivate lessons use the Reformers. Most lessons include a mat segment strengthening the core musculature. Prices vary from $32 to $70 per hour depending on the instructor and frequency of lessons. Student discount with ID:  $10 off every package of 10 apparatus lessons.  Please contact us for more information and to schedule your apparatus lesson.

Refer a new client to us who buys a package of 10 private or semiprivate lesssons, and you will receive a free lesson of the type you take.  Please tell your friends and family why you love working out at Pilates Virginia, LLC.  There’s no limit to the number of free lessons you can earn!  Apparatus clients also receive a $5 discount on their mat class series.

Lesson Cancellation Policy  We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel your private lesson without penalty.  We require one week’s notice to cancel your semiprivate lesson without penalty.  Unless you are sick or injured, late cancellations result in forfeiting the lesson.

Snow Cancellation Policy Please check the voicemail for cancellations.  If classes are cancelled, so are private lessons, unless other arrangements have been made.   Please be sure we have your up-to-date contact info.
