Pilates Virginia, LLC, one of the oldest Pilates studios in Charlottesville, Virginia, was founded in 2000. Our studio is located in a beautiful, architect-designed, skylit loft in the historic Splendora’s Gelato building. We work with athletes, dancers, post physical therapy clients, and anyone interested in a supple, toned, well-functioning body. Private lessons are conducted one at a time, offering a focused and serene environment to develop your mind body connection.
